Perform this simple routine to wake up the body in a calm and methodical manner.

This 20 minute routine is designed to use ion the floor or even in bed making the transition to and from sleep smooth, peaceful and easy, AND extremely effective.
Gentle stretches, joint mobilization and muscle engagement in this morning activation routine include:

✔️ Pelvis, Torso, Hip, and Side Mobilization
✔️ Upper Body Awareness and Strengthening
✔️ Chest and Shoulder Openers
✔️ Hamstring and Calf Stretches
✔️ Ankle Loosening and Proprioception Exercises
Foundational exercises for stability and core strength include:
