BANISH STRESS & UPPER BACK TENSION

This incredibly effective upper back stretch is perfect for humans who like to really “feel it” when they are releasing pain and tension from the body.
That’s why it's my favorite!
The massive effectiveness of this stretch is based in a movement philosophy concept I call:
FINESSE THE STRETCH
which is the key to locating and dislodging those stubborn pesky back gremlins between your shoulder blades, and kicking them out of your body for good.
To finesse a stretch, you must pay attention to your exact sensations in the moment and be willing to make very small shifts to your body position to bring the stretch to your exact point of tension.
Benefits of finessing your stretch:
✔️Actually stretch out and release the exact area of tension instead of “kinda helping”
✔️Learn more about your body, including the cause of pain and discomfort and the often simple solution
✔️Sharpen your focus by requiring you to pay attention to your sensations and make micro adjustments in your positioning
