She draws upon her experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer and life coach to guide students to make small shifts in daily practices to heal their bodies and free their minds from pain.

Charlotte has been a licensed Massage Therapist for 11 years and studied healing arts for over 20 years. She draws from Eastern and Western philosophies including Thai massage, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue. Swedish, Cranial Sacral therapy, Sound therapy, Aura and Chakra Cleansing. Charlotte has a passion for body work and helping others become the best version of themselves. She will customize a session that includes manual massage therapy and energy work based on your needs.

THAI YOGA PRACTITIONER | REIKI | ENERGY ALCHEMY

Jen Lyons will be offering Energy Alchemy, a beautiful fusion of Thai Yoga, energy, and crystal healing.

Jen's training includes Thai Yoga with LAGOCPH's 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Montezuma, Costa Rica, 2015. Usui Reiki III with the Kula Collective Tarapoto, Peru, 2017 as well as completion of the CRSMT Massage Program 2023.

Jen will be leading Vinyasa Yoga by the Music Hall.

Tahnee is a gender-queer mother, cancer survivor, ordained priestess, intuitive healer, Reiki Master/instructor, hospice care giver, and death doula. Even when the opponent was cancer, Tahnee utilized western medicine for the surgical removal of the tumor and then used methods that aligned with her beliefs in natural medicine. Five years later, all evidence indicates complete success.

She believes authenticity is the path to sustainable happiness. Learning to identify the voices in our heads that aren't ours, and building emotional aptitude clears the path to authentic communication.

Tahnee’s multi-modal energetic transformative sessions can include reiki, runes, card readings, sound healing, auricular therapy to alleviate a variety of issues from migraines, cramps, insomnia and more. Tahnee will also offer 2 free sound bath meditations for the Delfest community.

A Licensed Massage Therapist and a Holistic Health Practitioner that specializes in Reflexology of the hands, ears, and feet, assisted stretching, chronic sciatica pain, and prenatal massage. Her studies have given Gypsy the opportunity to travel and learn various modalities from others' diverse perspectives. Through intuition and spiritual guidance, she can make a connection to her clients and help support their self-care needs.

Gypsy Jen has traveled the country providing her services at music, art, and healing festivals/events since 2016. Currently she is residing in Tulsa Oklahoma where she has a wellness practice of her own. Although in the Spring, Summer, and early Fall months you can catch her on any given weekend offering her services at a local market or far away learning and living her best life.

Being a part of Active Potential and Lisa Joy’s team at DELFEST became a dream of Gypsy’s last year as she attended DELFEST as a “GA Attendee”. She recognized the professionalism and popularity of the booth and decided at that moment that it was her goal to be at DELFEST 2023 as a healer, offering her love and services to all of you.

An experienced Massage Therapist, Licensed Practical Nurse, Reiki Practitioner and lifelong lover of music and arts. Graduating from The Finger Lakes School of Massage in beautiful Ithaca, NY. Her massage can be best described as a highly intuitive session that follows a Swedish flow while being mindful of the Traditional Chinese Meridian system.

She is passionate about her family, music, lifelong learning, mushroom foraging, hula hoops and dance. One thing is for sure, as Jo tunes into live music while working on your body, your massage is amplified with synergetic healing energy. Merging her knowledge and love for the body with dance and live music, massage flow takes over and the body is able to relax and let go of tension.

With experience in both the front and backstage at very small and intimate to very large full festivals, she loves working with all people and is dedicated to treating every-body with integrity. She has an understanding of the stress and pains that most musicians, performers, crew, travelers, dancers and patrons hold in their bodies. Jo is excited to work with Lisa Joy Glassman of Active Potential to provide quality massage sessions with the sweet sounds of Bluegrass music encapsulating the magic of Delfest.

Healing Hands Massage VA LLC is in Stafford, Virginia. She’s currently working with a chiropractor and seeing personal injury / auto accident, and VA vets at her massage practice. She looks forward to bringing art and healing through massage to Del Fest this weekend.

Isabel Gallus is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, aerial yoga teacher, and musician in the Baltimore area. Originally from Washington, D.C., she started dance classes at a young age with The Washington Ballet. She has studied and taught at various local studios including Bethesda Academy of Performing Arts, Joy of Motion Dance Center, The Baltimore Movement Lab and Christopher Harrison's Aerial Entertainment Company.

Isabel has studied performing arts and fitness over the past 10 years. She also works as a chiropractic assistant to administer physical therapy techniques in rehabilitation centers. Isabel believes the combination of movement and music is therapeutic medicine. Furthermore, she understands that performance is a form of athleticism. She is here to assist other artists reach their fitness and health goals through consultations, group classes, and private coaching.

Digital Marketing Assistant

David Shem Calida graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of the Immaculate Conception majoring in Multimedia. Shem is born and raised in the Philippines and loves art, music, sports and the outdoors.

He is also an athlete that was recognized by the City and awarded the Davao City Athlete Award by the Sports Development Division of the City Mayor's Office.

Shem currently works as a Digital Marketing Assistant at Active Potential. He designs the graphics, manages the website, manages the social media, and more.

Working at Active Potential with Lisa Joy is a dream come true for Shem. He feels so lucky to meet Lisa because for him, Lisa is the kindest, most thoughtful, helpful, and understanding person.
